Our Foreign National Process

1.Consulting

We schedule a consulting with our clients in order to understand their purpose and goals, presenting the best solution to match client's needs.

2.Pre approval

Once we verify client fulfill the requirements for the Investment Property Program, we immediately issue a conditional pre approval letter, so realtor can start working with client.

3.Documents

At this point we assist our clients to fill all the docs that are required, explaining the regulations and procedures, so our clients can be secure of the steps they go through.

4.Appraisal

The property will be appraised by a specialized company. Once the report testify that everything is good to continue we wait for the bank's final approval.

5.Final Approval

Once the bank revise all documents and check all the requirements are fulfilled, we receive the Loan Approval.

6.Closing

After the bank's final approval, client send the funds to Title Company and they schedule the closing date. At closing, client sign the documents (we are always there to assist our clients) and receive the property.
